The Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission has commenced early preparations for the 2027 Hajj exercise, with a focus on improving the registration process, strengthening transparency and ensuring a smooth pilgrimage experience for intending pilgrims.
The Acting Executive Chairman of the Commission, Malam Abubakar Salihu, disclosed this while presiding over an emergency meeting of the Commission’s Management Committee at its headquarters in Yola.
The meeting reviewed the registration process and the recent allocation of Hajj slots to Adamawa State by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
