2027: Obi has squandered 2023 goodwill – Abure

Immediate-past National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure said presidential candidate of Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, has squandered the goodwill and political structure that got him a strong showing in the 2023 polls .
This is just as he vowed to work against Obi in the 2027 polls, adding that he could support either President Bola Tinubu or former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
However, he noted that his 2027 stance would depend on the outcome of a pending Supreme Court case involving the leadership of the Labour Party, his political interests and ideology, as well as the candidate’s acceptability.
