A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Obidike Chukwuebuka, has maintained that while formal education remains vital for personal and national development, academic certificates alone do not determine the quality of leadership or the capacity to govern effectively.
Speaking in an interview with Vanguard, Obidike, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarivo Holdings Limited, said Nigerians should move beyond persistent political controversies over academic qualifications and instead evaluate leaders based on competence, vision, integrity, courage and measurable performance.
