30 Imo women empowered with business equipment at August Meeting

No fewer than 30 underserved women in Imo State received business equipment to support their enterprises at the 2026 August Meeting in Owerri.
The initiative was organised by Three Crowns Milk, a brand of FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, as part of activities aimed at promoting women’s well-being, economic resilience and healthier living.
The August Meeting, one of the major cultural gatherings in South-East Nigeria, brings together women from different communities for networking, community development, empowerment and social interaction.
