492 Corps members take oath as Gov Idris vows welfare improvement

Kebbi Governor, Nasir Idris, has promised to improve the welfare and security of Corps members deployed to the state for their one year mandatory service to the nation.
Idris stated this during the swearing-in ceremony of Batch B stream 1 of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at the temporary orientation camp, Bausaura, Jega Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
The governor, represented by the Commissioner for Sports and Youths Development, Nurudeen Bala-Fingilla, urged the Corps members serving in the state to ensure they leave behind good legacies that their host communities would remember them for.
