9-yr-old boy sets Yobe family home ablaze, burns stepmothers, brothers to death

To exact revenge on his father, a nine-year-old boy in Yobe State has set his family home ablaze, burning his two stepmothers and two stepbrothers to death .
The incident occurred in Rugan Badal, a hamlet in Karasuwa Local Government Area of the state.
It was learnt that the boy’s father had punished him for allegedly stealing a fowl.
The police alleged that the boy set his family home ablaze to exact revenge on his father for the punishment.
The minor confessed to the act in an interview with Channels TV , a clip of which is currently circulating on social media.
