The Federal Government has pledged to collaborate with the Jigawa State Government to enhance youth education and skills training to alleviate poverty, create jobs, and achieve sustainable growth and development, even as 928 students obtained diploma certificates in Information Technology.
The Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, made the pledge while speaking with journalists during his one-day working visit to Jigawa State.
He stated that President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda places special priority on education and skills training as a means of improving youth productivity, which he described as the key driver of any sustainable development in human society.
