Abducted corps members whisked away by gunmen on October 1, 2026, at Umunoha, Owerri-Onitsha Road have allegedly regained their freedom.
Sources who confided in our reporter said the corps members were released at about 4pm on Wednesday.
However, when contacted, the state police spokesperson, Henry Okoye, said he was not aware of the release and had not been officially briefed.
