The abductors of the three people, including two staff of the including two staff members of the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN) in Ibadan, Oyo State have demanded for N120 million ransom.
It was gathered that the kidnappers have established contact with the victims’ families.
Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Olayinka Ayanlade, confirmed that security operatives have deployed a tactical manhunt and operational rescue efforts in surrounding forest areas.
