Abia police arrest man for abducting 6 children

Abia State police command said it has arrested one Nnamdi Lazarus, 51, for abducting and harbouring six children ranging from 3 to 7 years.
The suspect is said to hail from Mbano in Imo State, but currently resides in the Uratta area of Aba, Abia State.
A statement by the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Maureen Chinaka said the Lazarus was arrested in Aba, by the operatives of the Violent Crime Response Unit (VCRU), Aba North.
