Ademola Lookman says the Super Eagles are determined to start their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign on a positive note.
Eric Chelle’s side will begin their campaign with a home fixture against the Barea of Madagascar at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, next week Thursday.
The three-time African champions will then travel to Bissau to face the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau in their matchday two encounter on Tuesday, 29 September.
Lookman admitted that Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau will be difficult opponents for the Super Eagles, but insisted Nigeria will do everything possible to secure maximum points.
