Alleged drug deal: Court invites NDLEA chairman in Abba Kyari’s trial

The Federal High Court in Abuja has directed the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to produce in court the list of the personnel who were on duty on Jan. 19, 2022 at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu State.
Julius Mba, counsel to Abba Kyari and Insp. Simon Agirgba (1st and 3rd defendants), made this known on Monday before Justice Emeka Nwite while seeking an adjournment, following the absence of the defence witness in court.
