Ambassador Akande presents letter to Danish king, expresses readiness for work

Nigeria’s Ambassador to Sweden, Lola Akande, yesterday, presented her Letters of Credence to Danish monarch, King Frederik X of Denmark, indicating interest to commence diplomatic engagement with the country.
Akande who presented her credentials to the Danish monarch at Christiansborg Palace in Copenhagen, conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the King, the Danish Royal Family, as well as the government and people of Denmark.
During the meeting, Akande reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to deepening bilateral relations with Denmark, stressing the importance of expanding co-operation across key areas of mutual interest. ...
