Anambra APC rejects Soludo’s appointment as Tinubu campaign coordinator, demands reversal

The   leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State has rejected the appointment of Governor Chukwuma Soludo as the state coordinator of President Bola Tinubu’s Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 general election, demanding an urgent reversal of the decision.
The party leaders, in a letter dated October 13, 2026, and addressed to the Director-General of the PBAT Presidential Campaign Council in Abuja, described the appointment of Soludo, who belongs to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), as misplaced and potentially detrimental to the electoral interests of the APC in the state.
