Atiku hails judiciary over ruling on ADC leadership tussle

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has commended the judiciary over the ruling of the Federal High Court on the leadership tussle in the African Democratic Congress ( ADC).
 
A Federal High Court,Abuja, had in a ruling on Thursday, struck out a suit challenging the emergence of the Senator David Mark led National Working Committee ( NWC) as the leadership of the ADC.
