The aftermath of the consensus arrangement within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State has continued to generate reactions, with some party stakeholders warning that the development may create deeper divisions ahead of the 2027 general elections.
One of the affected lawmakers, representing Kankia, Ingawa, and Kusada, Hon. Abubakar Yahaya Kusada, described the situation as unfortunate, saying the process left many loyal party members dissatisfied and politically displaced.
