Bauchi Governor Suspends Production Of Unified Business ID Cards

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has approved the immediate suspension of the production of Unified Business Identification Cards across the state.
This was contained in a statement issued by the senior special assistant to the governor on Internal Security, Babayo Liman, made available to newsmen yesterday in Bauchi.
According to the statement, the decision followed the discovery that some individuals were allegedly producing and distributing counterfeit identification cards to extort traders and business owners.
