BREAKING: Bandits intercept vehicle, open fire, kill everyone inside

Bandits have reportedly intercepted a vehicle conveying passengers returning from Sokoto city and opened fire, killing all those inside. The incident occurred along the road to Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State. The exact number of casualties has yet to be confirmed. This was disclosed by Bakatsine, a conflict reporter covering northwestern Nigeria. According to Bakatsine, some of the victims were reportedly among the 3,000 people recruited by the Sokoto State Government who had been invited for further screening and collection of their documents.
