BREAKING: LPPC Suspends Mike Ozekhome From SAN Rank

The Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) has suspended Chief Mike Ozekhome from the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
He was suspended pending the conclusion of disciplinary proceedings against him.
In a statement issued on Thursday night by Kabir Akanbi, Chief Registrar Of the Supreme Court, the decision was taken at the LPPC’s 173rd general meeting held on Tuesday, June 23.
Our correspondent reports that the action was a temporary measure pending the final conclusion of disciplinary proceedings against him before the LPPC’s disciplinary and ethics sub-committee.
