The lawmaker representing Boki/Ikom Federal Constituency of Cross River State, Victor Abang, has described the entry of armed Cameroonian soldiers into Danare Community, Cross River State, as a ‘direct affront to Nigeria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity’.
Abang’s reaction followed the recent incursion into the border community in Boki Local Government Area, an incident that triggered panic among residents.
