Celebrations as Segun Showunmi restores water supply at FCT IDP camp

The Founder of the Alternative Movement, Segun Showunmi, has sponsored the restoration of water supply at the Wassa Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp in Abuja, bringing relief to thousands of residents who have endured inadequate access to water.
The project, initiated by Civitas Auxillium Foundation, was undertaken to address the prolonged water shortage at the camp, which accommodates more than 5,000 internally displaced persons.
The residents had been grappling with the challenge following the malfunctioning of the borehole, their primary source of water.
