China’s National Day holiday box office, has surpassed 800 million yuan ($119.32 million).
The financial record, according to data from online ticketing platforms, included pre-sales by the fifth day of the seven-day break.
CGTN reports that from comedies such as Mr. & Mrs. Pardon and crime suspense films such as Traces of Justice to family-friendly animation Peppa Pig: Perfect Holiday, cinemas are offering moviegoers a wide range of choices.
