A civil society group, Leadership Orientation and Basic Rights Advocacy Centre (LOBRAC), has made a case for affordable social housing and rent control law in Anambra State.
The group, led by its Executive Director, Barr. Stanley Okafor, yesterday, met with the state Commissioner for Housing Mr. Henry Arize, at the state Secretariat Complex, Aroma Awka. The meeting deliberated issues centered on high cost of living spaces for ordinary people in the state, especially within the Awka capital territory, and means of ameliorating the associated hazards.
