Court Adjourns As El-Rufai RequestsTo See Medical Doctor

Kaduna State High Court has adjourned the trial of former Governor Nasir El-Rufai to Tuesday, 13th October, 2026, at 12 noon.
This followed El-Rufai’s absence in court due to his alleged request to see his medical doctor yesterday.
Consequently, the court directed the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) to produce him at the next hearing of the suit.
The trial judge, Justice Darius Khobo, gave the directive after the prosecution and defence agreed on the new date.
