Court Admits Offer Letter In N152m Criminal Trial Of Property Developer

Justice Musa Kakaki of the Federal High Court in Lagos has admitted a February 5, 2024, offer letter into evidence in the ongoing trial of property developer Olukayode Olusanya and his company, Oak Homes Limited.
Olusanya is being tried before the court over allegations of N152 million in property fraud.
The judge, however, rejected three other documents dated January 10, January 11 and December 15, 2024, holding that they were photocopies and that the witness who sought to tender them had not adequately explained the whereabouts of the originals.
