The Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has ordered the remand of social media personality and self-acclaimed relationship therapist, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged N36 million fraud case.
Blessing CEO was arraigned on Friday on a two-count charge bordering on alleged obtaining by false pretence and stealing involving N36 million.
During the proceedings, defence counsel, P.I. Nwafor, informed the court that the defendant had already refunded N24 million to the complainant as part of efforts to settle the matter.
