Customs agents threaten showdown over alleged exclusion from port revenue system

Customs agents under the aegis of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) at Onne Port, Rivers State, have threatened to disrupt port operations if their revenue is not integrated into the portโ€™s call-up charges.
In a statement issued by Titus Eze titled: โ€œThe Brink: Onne Freight Forwarders, Transporters Threaten Shutdown Over Road, E-Call-Up Crisis,โ€ at the weekend, the group warned that unless urgent measures are taken to rehabilitate the deteriorating roads, commercial activities along the Onne Port corridor could grind to a halt.
