David Mark hails court ruling, says democracy has prevailed

National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has welcomed the Federal High Court judgment affirming his leadership of the party, describing the decision as a victory for democracy, justice and the rule of law.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Kola Ologbondiyan, Mark said the ruling goes beyond resolving the party’s leadership dispute, insisting it reinforces the constitutional principles that underpin Nigeria’s democratic system.
