Former President of the Senate and National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has mourned the death of former Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris.
Idris reportedly died in the United Kingdom on Sunday at the age of 77.
He served as governor of Kogi State from 2003 to 2012.
In a condolence message issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Kola Ologbondiyan, Mark described the deceased as a statesman, businessman and public servant who contributed to the development of Kogi State and Nigeria.
