DLM Capital Group has made its second principal and interest payment to investors under its N9 billion Sovereign Bond-Backed Composite Notes (SBCN) issued under its N30 billion Medium-Term Notes Programme listed on FMDQ Exchange.
The group paid N948,493,055.89 to Tranche A holders and N197,077,309.63 to Tranche B holders, six months after its first coupon payment on the N7.30 billion Series 1 (Tranche A) and N1.70 billion Series 3 (Tranche B) Plain Vanilla Returns SBCN.
The instrument was developed by group CEO, Sonnie Babatunde Ayere, and rated AAA by Global Credit Rating and DataPro Limited, and entered the market in July 2025.
