Don’t attempt to scrap Amotekun, others – Makinde warns successor

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has warned his successor against any attempt to scrap the Oyo State Security Network Agency also known as Amotekun and other agencies created by his administration.
Makinde gave this warning on Thursday during the commissioning the newly constructed office complex for Oyo State Rule of Law Enforcement Authority, OYRLEA.
DAILY POST reports that Makinde is expected to finish his second term tenure in May next year.
Makinde warned that none of the agencies established by his administration should be dismantled by his successor.
