Civil Society Group, the Initiative Against Human Rights Abuse & Torture, INAHURAT, has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to immediately enforce an interim forfeiture order of the court in property dispute involving a real estate developer, Mrs Rebecca Godwin-Isaac.
The lawyer to INAHURAT, Mr Maxwell Opara, made the call on Wednesdays at a press briefing in Abuja.
Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja had granted the EFCC’s application for an order of interim forfeiture against the properties located at Guzape and Katampe Districts, Abuja in a suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/151/2026.
