The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State, Chief Uche Nnaji, has spoken of his plans to anchor his programmes for the development of the state on industrialisation and the employment it would generate, pointing to three primary industrial programmes: coal, iron ore and cement.
