EPL: Man United put Old Trafford turf up for sale at £125

Manchester United have put pieces of the historic Old Trafford pitch on sale for £125 each as the club continues to grapple with debt exceeding £1bn.
The 7x7cm sections of turf have been preserved inside glass cubes and placed in black presentation cases for supporters who want to own a piece of the stadium’s history. The first batch has already sold out.
The unusual memorabilia sale comes as United reported record revenue of £677.6m for the 2025/26 financial year, alongside an operating profit of £22.6m.
Despite the record revenue, the club recorded a £43m pre-tax loss, while its overall debt remained above £1bn.
