Expert urges stronger data sovereignty as AI, quantum computing reshape global security

Technology expert Norman Bwuruk Didam has called for stronger data sovereignty policies, arguing that countries must protect and govern their digital assets to safeguard national security and remain competitive as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Computing continue to reshape the global landscape.
