Natives of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), under the aegis of the Abuja Original Inhabitants Youth Empowerment Organisation (AOIYEO), have demanded full disclosure from the federal government on the rationale, scope and legal framework of any proposed ranching programme in Abuja.
