Federal Govt Targets 600 Niger Farmers For N300,000 Interest-Free Loans

The Niger Government, in collaboration with NSIPA, is targeting 600 farmers in the state for N300,000 interest-free loans each.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the loans are under the Federal Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP).
Mr Hamza Baba, the National Programme Manager of GEEP, disclosed this on Saturday in Minna at the flag-off of the FarmerMoni enumeration exercise and training of GEEP desk officers from the 25 Local Government Areas of the state.
