FG revokes Gwagwalada land, gives allottees three-week verification window

Following the revocation of housing land at Dukpa, Gwagwalada, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) by the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Government has begun a fresh verification of genuine land allottees with a view to relocating them to a new site.
The exercise, which will commence on September 7, 2026, will last for three weeks.
In a statement, the Director of Press and Public Relations at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Badamasi Haiba, warned affected members of the public to take maximum advantage of the window to regularise their status ahead of the relocation, as no further extension will be granted.
