Federal Government and state governments are adopting lessons from Ethiopia’s nutrition programme to extend interventions against malnutrition to all 774 local government areas, wards, communities and households across Nigeria.
The move, under the Nutrition 774 Initiative, is aimed at accelerating progress in tackling child malnutrition and stunting through coordinated interventions in healthcare, education, agriculture, water, sanitation and social protection.
