Firm targets Nigeria’s rental headaches with tenant-to-tenant housing platform

As Nigerians continue to grapple with high rental costs, inspection charges, agency fees and the difficulty of identifying genuine properties, Nigerian housing platform Handler.ng is taking a different approach: getting tenants to help other tenants find homes.
Through its Peer2Peer platform, Handler.ng allows tenants who are moving out of their apartments to list the properties for prospective tenants who are searching for a new home. Interested renters can view the listings, unlock the contact details of the outgoing tenant and arrange a conversation or inspection directly.
