Fubara To Commission New Air Force Runway, Nine Other Projects In Rivers

Rivers State governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, will from Monday, August 17, 2026, commence the commissioning of no fewer than 10 projects embarked upon and completed by the state government.

Prominent among the projects to be commissioned are the newly constructed runway at the Nigerian Air Force Base and the newly constructed Neuro Psychiatric Hospital and New General Hospital, Rumuigbo, all in Port Harcourt.
