Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has described the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primaries held across the state on Saturday as peaceful and orderly.
Speaking to journalists after voting at Jekadafari Ward, the governor said he was impressed by the turnout of party members and the smooth conduct of the exercise across the state.
Yahaya praised the election committee and party stakeholders for ensuring what he called a transparent and credible process for all aspirants.
