Government cannot fight insecurity alone – Obasa tells Nigerians

The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, has declared that government alone cannot fight insecurity in the country. Obasa, who spoke on Wednesday, called on Nigerians to support the government in its bid to tackle insecurity in the country.
He made the declaration during the 17th Annual Hijrah Lecture and Du’a held at the Assembly Complex, with the theme: “Sacred Covenant of Citizenship: Islam, Security and Our Duty to the Nigerian State.”
