Guaranty Trust HoldCo Posts N603bn Half-year Profit, Declares N1 Interim Dividend

Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) Plc has posted a profit before tax of N603.03 billion for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, and declared an interim dividend of N1 per share.
This was contained in the Company audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, to the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The Group’ profit before tax of N603.03 billion was driven by strong performance on the interest and trading income lines, which grew year-on-year by 7.5 per cent and 24.7 per cent, respectively.
