Hamzat unveils 100-point manifesto, challenges Lagosians to hold him accountable

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, has unveiled a 100-point manifesto, challenging residents to hold him accountable for its implementation if elected governor in 2027.
Hamzat, who described the document as a social contract between him and the people, promised far-reaching interventions in healthcare, education, infrastructure, economic development, security and social welfare, with particular emphasis on improving the quality of life of ordinary residents.
