How Adeboye ordered return of billions traced to RCCG within 24 hours — EFCC boss

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, ordered the return of billions of naira traced to church projects from an individual under investigation for alleged financial crimes within 24 hours, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has said.

Olukoyede said Adeboye gave the directive immediately after the commission briefed him on the investigation and the discovery that proceeds of the alleged financial crimes had been traced to some RCCG projects.
