‘I am weapon fashioned against Wike’ – Ex-Rivers commissioner Nwibubasa

Dr Leloonu Nwibubasa, a former Rivers State commissioner and spokesperson for the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Rivers State, has declared that he is determined to oppose the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory,FCT, Nyesom Wike.
