Ikeja Electric names Onyelucheya acting CEO

Ikeja Electric has announced the appointment of Mrs Ogochukwu Onyelucheya, as its Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2026. The company described the appointment as a strategic move to strengthen its leadership to accelerate growth, innovation, and service excellence across the power sector value chain.
A statement by Ikeja Electric Head of Corporate Communications, Mr.Kingsley Okotie, said the appointment of Onyelucheya follows the transition of Mrs Folake Soetan, who has served as CEO since 2020 and will be taking on broader strategic responsibilities across the energy sector.
