Ikeja Electric raises safety alert, warns customers against unauthorised electricians

By Udeme Akpan Ikeja Electric Plc has warned customers against engaging unauthorised electricians to work on its network, following recent incidents involving fatalities linked to unsafe electrical activities. The company also provided updates on its Meter Asset Provider, MAP, refund process during its September Virtual Stakeholder Engagement, a monthly platform for customer education, operational updates and service-related issues.
