The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it has approached the Court of Appeal to challenge the recent conflicting Federal High Court judgments regarding its powers to set timelines for the 2027 general elections.
INEC also said it has invalidated 2,103 double registrations from the Ekiti voter register ahead of the June 20 governorship election in the state.
